At Movezone Property, we believe in clear and honest pricing. Below is a full breakdown of our landlord fees, so you know exactly what to expect — with no hidden charges.


Let Only Service

8% + VAT (9.6% inc. VAT) of the annual rent
Includes:

  • Market appraisal and rental valuation
  • Professional marketing across major property portals
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Tenant referencing and credit checks
  • Tenancy agreement preparation
  • Collection of first month’s rent and deposit
  • Deposit registration with a government-approved scheme (TDS)


Rent Collection Service

10% + VAT (12% inc. VAT) of monthly rent
Includes all Let Only services, plus:

  • Monthly rent collection
  • Rent statements
  • Chasing late payments
  • Serving legal notices where required


Full Management Service

12% + VAT (14.4% inc. VAT) of monthly rent
Includes everything in Rent Collection, plus:

  • Regular property inspections with reports
  • Coordination of repairs and maintenance
  • 24/7 emergency contact for tenants
  • Handling of compliance and safety checks
  • End of tenancy management and deposit return
