Let Only Service
8% + VAT (9.6% inc. VAT) of the annual rent
Includes:
- Market appraisal and rental valuation
- Professional marketing across major property portals
- Accompanied viewings
- Tenant referencing and credit checks
- Tenancy agreement preparation
- Collection of first month’s rent and deposit
- Deposit registration with a government-approved scheme (TDS)
Rent Collection Service
10% + VAT (12% inc. VAT) of monthly rent
Includes all Let Only services, plus:
- Monthly rent collection
- Rent statements
- Chasing late payments
- Serving legal notices where required
Full Management Service
12% + VAT (14.4% inc. VAT) of monthly rent
Includes everything in Rent Collection, plus:
- Regular property inspections with reports
- Coordination of repairs and maintenance
- 24/7 emergency contact for tenants
- Handling of compliance and safety checks
- End of tenancy management and deposit return
